The Audi Conference Center features comfortable furnishings and state-of-the-art technology, making it an ideal setting for the formats mentioned above.
  
Whether you’re planning a meeting, conference, or large-scale event with up to 500 participants, you can rely on us and our partners to deliver expert support tailored to your needs. With our many years of experience, passion and a flair for detail, we support you from the initial contact up to renting the venue and organizing the entire event.
 
In addition to our locations, 2 Dynamic areas are available at the Audi Campus for diverse driving experiences. 
 
Dynamic Area I, located at the Audi Brand Experience Center, covers almost 55,000m² and has a modular design that allows maximum flexibility to satisfy a wide range of requirements. The Dynamic Area III covering approx. 40,000m², is located at the Audi Training Center III. The area is directly adjacent to our e-charging park, with over 60 AC charging points and two DC fast-charging stations. This infrastructure offers all kinds of possibilities for e-mobility events.

Audi Conference Center

The Audi Conference Center is an ideal venue for conferences and exclusive events of any kind. Conveniently located directly above the central area of the Munich Airport Center, it offers easy accessibility by plane, car, or public transportation.

Up to 7 rooms of varying sizes are available within this building, including a conference room for up to 100 people. Adjustable walls offer maximum flexibility and allows for a wide variety of setups.

    Audi Training Center I

    The Audi Training Center I is a few minutes’ walk from the terminals at Munich Airport, making it especially convenient to reach by plane, car or public transport.

    Covering over 1800m², the location offers a spacious foyer with integrated catering area and a conference room with space for up to 180 people. In addition, the building houses  4 workshop rooms as well as 2 workshop corners with 30 seats each. The available infrastructure is suitable for product shows and presentations of top-secret vehicles.

    The Highlight of ATC I is the spacious exhibition area in the foyer! This offers superb conditions for large-scale presentations featuring up to 15 vehicles.

      Audi Training Center II

      With a total area of approx. 1900m², the Audi Training Center II offers enough space to hold an event tailored precisely to your individual wishes.

      The open and bright foyer has a catering area and an exhibition space for up to 2 vehicles. The spacious conference room, measuring approx. 480 m² and with space for up to 200 people, is equipped with high-quality multimedia technology for presentations and product shows. In addition the ATC II offers a large outdoor terrace which is located at the entrance of ATC II.

      The ground-floor structure of the building provides optimal logistics, including design models. The necessary infrastructure to ensure confidentiality is also available.

        Audi Training Center III

        The Audi Training Center III has 4 well-equipped workshop rooms and a light foyer including a catering area. Opposite the building is a show garage located which can be used for vehicle exhibitions.

        The highlight of ATC III is the rooftop terrace! The terrace offers an impressive view of the tarmac and the adjacent Dynamic Area III.

          Audi Brand Experience Center

          Covering more than 2500m², the Audi Brand Experience Center is the largest venue on the Audi Campus Airport Munich and is equipped with the latest energy and building technology. Solar modules have been integrated into the glass facades to ensure carbon neutrality.

          Modern architecture on 3 levels: spacious foyers including catering areas, customizable event areas and a fully equipped conference room with 2 turntables and a secret garage. 
          The Highlight of the ABEC is the direct passageway from the conference room to the adjacent Dynamic Area, offering creative freedom for a car show in a space of more than 55,000m².

          The Lemon Garden, our covered outdoor event area, completes the Audi Brand Experience Center’s offerings as a venue that can be used all year round.

            Dynamic Areas I & III

            Our two dynamic driving areas offer a total of 100,000 m² for a variety of outdoor driving experiences, located in close proximity to each other and to the Audi Training Center III and the Audi Brand Experience Center.

            For driving events, we offer the best conditions and full service. We leverage synergies with Audi Driving Experience to achieve this. Participants receive comprehensive training before each drive and are familiar with the vehicles. From driver training to the ultimate test – there are no limits to the adrenaline rush!
